The revisions to Watermark Faculty Success (Digital Measures) are summarized in the February 8, 2023 memo from Provost Rous, Dr. Orianne Smith and Dr. Carole McCann. These revisions include a new section on mentoring, and provide faculty with an opportunity to document their DEIA efforts.
